The food was good (if not tiy portions for entrees well over what they should be)...and the service was friendly. When we asked for something -- say bread or a fork, we were told sorry, its a soft opening and we are working out the kinks..I think we were told that by more than one person at least 3 times....no problem, we get it.. so when the bill arrives and the gratuity is included 20%..we thought that was a bit presumptuous to not only ask us to be patient and accomodating, but then to decide for us what we thought the evening was worth.
