Hello Cupcake: The Shoppe in Denver
With adorable little cakes like these and free wine, is it any surprise I could get talked into going to a fashion show while visiting my folks in Denver? Really, that’s all it takes to get me out. These particular little two-bite beauties come from The Shoppe, a bakery in Denver, Colorado. After debating between flavors like Nutella and S’Mores, I went for a chocolate-raspberry, chocolate-mint, vanilla frosting on chocolate cake, and a chocolate frosting on white cake. The basic chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were tasty and I wished I had only gotten those. The flavored frosting on the other cupcakes proved way too sweet for me. But still, they were cupcakes and my friends can attest to the glee that follows such petite adventures.

You have made my mouth water and now I crave cupcakes. I don’t usually like cupcakes because of the frosting but it’s nice to know there are mini ones and in such intriguing flavors. I think I shall surprise my Aunt for her birthday with some mini indulgences from The Shoppe. Good thing it’s in Denver.
