Spring Hits Momofuku Ssam Bar
Last Friday my bud took me to Momofuku’s Ssam Bar for a belated birthday dinner. I was floored by the food. Nice to know all the hype is for something real! This time though, I didn’t take pictures because, well I wanted a night off darn it! However I was forced to snap this photo of the snail and aspargus salad. It looked so pretty with the arugula flowers tangled around the best herb-infused snails I have ever had. Even though you can’t properly see the rest of the dish, I thought it was a good spring plate.
