The recipe is seriously delicious. I’ve made it several times using canned tuna. The first time I didn’t shave the beets, which was a mistake.

Hmmm … to be honest I have to say I must be one of those rare people that really doesn’t enjoy burgers. How do you actually hold them in one piece as you attempt to bite into them … sauce and fillings falling out all over the place as you do? Afterall – isn’t it social death to use a knife and fork? I usually pass on eating burgers I have to say lol. Brent.

Man, my grandmomma was from Sicily and she made the most delicious meatballs I ever tasted, like you had died and gone to meatball heaven. Sadly, she died last year and she didnt leave a single recipe for us so I've been trying to figure it out on my own... slowly working my through the meatball recipes here, I still cant figure out what her secret ingredient was though!!!

Thank you , I'll have to subscribe your site and read the rest I think. The first date my wife and I had nearly 20 years ago now was a lovely seafood restaurant in Napoli, so I've been spending ages trying to rediscover a decent grilled lobster recipe like we had that night - our anniversary is next month so I'm hoping to surprise her!

Wonderful review, Linnea. You really caught the aura of the chili festivities and your pictures are amazing. My favorite chili themed delectable was the Chili Ice Cream. It was so delicious. I am still thinking about that chilled yet spicy taste today. That was such a fun adventure and I hope to go next year and win you a bag of chilies at the auction.
